Salary receipt of Thomas Müntzer
When the town council of Zwickau dismissed Thomas Müntzer back in April 1521 he signed his last salary receipt with the following words: „Tomas munzer qui pro veritate militat in mundo“ („Thomas Müntzer, fighter for the truth in this world“).
